Refund and cancellation
How deposits, cancellations, and refunds work for reporting commissions and recurring preparation.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to paid deposits and fees for Insightlatticecore Co., Ltd. reporting work when the conditions below are met. Website browsing is free and creates no refundable charge.
Timeframe to request
Submit refund requests in writing to info@insightlatticecore.click within 14 days of the event that triggers eligibility (cancellation confirmation or our notice that work cannot proceed).
Full refund
A full refund of amounts paid is available if we cancel an engagement before draft pages are delivered, or if you cancel in writing before we begin discovery workshop preparation and before any deposit work has started.
Partial refund
If you cancel after discovery has begun but before final files are delivered, we refund the unused portion after deducting hours already worked at the agreed rate and any third-party print costs already incurred.
Non-refundable items
Completed revision rounds, delivered final files, and print or courier costs already paid to suppliers are non-refundable. Quarterly preparation fees for a cycle already delivered are non-refundable.
Refund process and timing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule a workshop once without fee if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a THB 2,500 administration fee. No-shows for booked on-site sessions without 24 hours’ notice forfeit the session allotment for that engagement stage.
Work already started and materials
Draft layouts and metric maps produced before cancellation remain our working papers unless the engagement letter states otherwise. Client-supplied documents are returned or securely deleted on request after settlement.
