Client stories
Notes from private firms that commissioned investor reporting dashboards, quarterly packs, and audits with our Roi Et team.

The first draft still carried two labels our partners found confusing, and we said so. After the revision round the capital page finally matched how we speak in meetings — short, dated, and free of decorative clutter.
-
We used to scramble every quarter rewriting commentary from scratch. Having Insightlatticecore hold the page order steady meant our accountant could drop figures in without redesigning the letter.
-
I appreciated that they refused to add a glossy cover when we asked for one. The holding summaries were plain enough to photocopy for a Sunday partner call.

Their audit marked twelve pages we could drop. Meetings shortened by about twenty minutes because people stopped flipping past unused schedules.
Rebuilding a board pack for a Roi Et holding group
Naree’s firm had grown from three holdings to eleven without changing its reporting layout. Partner meetings ran long because NAV and portfolio notes lived in separate binders. Insightlatticecore mapped the existing figures, cut duplicate fee tables, and delivered a single sequence: capital, NAV bridge, top holdings, and appendix. The mild reservation she still notes is that the first workshop needed more time than expected to agree valuation labels — once that vocabulary was settled, later cycles reused the same pages with fresh numbers.
